A Cleaner’s Communication Booklet is provided for your convenience allowing your employees the opportunity to share valuable feedback on which we will promptly act should the need arise. This feature is designed to ensure that we deliver on our service commitment as well as provide all parties with an open forum to assist us in the continuous improvement of our service.

Personalised Cleaning Schedule

following an inspection of your premises, Sepe Commercial Cleaning will devise a customised cleaning schedule to achieve the optimal standard of cleanliness whilst minimising labour costs.

Site Inspections

Regular inspection reports are conducted by Sepe Commercial Cleaning Management to ensure our industry high standards are maintained.

Site Audits

In addition to Site Inspections, Site Audits are conducted by the Area Manager to ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety & Welfare policies. Additionally, a formal quarterly review is undertaken between our directors and your manager(s) to further enhance our Quality-Service Guarantee.

Security Guarantee

Our highly trained and experienced operators are screened by management and possess a Police Clearance Certificate: they are required to wear uniforms and a Photo ID Card whilst on task.

We consider the Health and Safety of our people a high priority. Sepe Commercial Cleaning operators are continually trained in the areas of safe and proper handling of equipment and cleaning products. Public Liability Insurance

Sepe Commercial Cleaning assumes responsibility for the security of your premises during our occupancy and has a $20 million public liability insurance policy. All insurance and certificates of currency are available upon request.
